Giant Sea Bass Release Device

The California Department of Fish and Game recommends against venting Giant Sea Bass when brought to the surface when fishing.  I have invented and am offering a device that allows an angler a non-invasive means of returning a Giant Sea Bass back to depth for recompression.  Venting is dangerous to the fish, invasive, and can lead to infection resulting in death.  Not recompressing a Giant Sea Bass is dangerous to these endangered fish as well.  So please do the right thing and recompress any Giant Sea Bass you might accidently catch with a device that is harmless to the Giant Sea Bass and easily use.
